FAITH & VALUES

Character Built on Something That Lasts

Timeless values, lived out every day in how we coach, communicate, and care.

Character Built on Something That Lasts

The values behind Love to Code Academy aren’t new ideas. They’re timeless principles that people have recognized for generations as the foundation of a meaningful, well-lived life.

Our Character Framework — built around Relationships, Responsibility, and Purpose — reflects virtues that align closely with what the Apostle Paul described as the Fruit of the Spirit in Galatians 5:22–23:

Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

“Against such things there is no law.”

These aren’t religious requirements for enrollment. They’re the foundation of how we treat people — students, families, teammates, and opponents. They describe the kind of character we’re working to develop in every student who walks through our doors.

What This Looks Like in Practice

Our faith and values aren’t a statement on a wall. They show up in how we coach, how we communicate, and how we respond when things get hard.

In the Classroom

Coaches model patience, kindness, and encouragement. When a student struggles, we don’t express frustration — we lean in. We believe every student is capable of growth, and we treat them accordingly.

In Competition

Sportsmanship isn’t optional here. Students learn to win with humility and lose with grace. They learn to respect their opponents, follow the rules, and represent themselves and their team with integrity — regardless of the outcome.

In the Community

We want our students to leave the academy as better people — more collaborative, more resilient, more willing to lead and serve. That’s not just good for them. It’s good for every family, classroom, and community they’re part of.

A Place Where All Families Are Welcome

Love to Code Academy serves families of all backgrounds and beliefs. Our faith informs our values and our character framework, but it does not define who can participate. Every student who is ready to learn, grow, and contribute is welcome here.

We believe that kindness, persistence, integrity, and teamwork belong to everyone — and we’re committed to developing those qualities in every student we serve.
