Enrollment is simple. We will help you find the right program, the right schedule, and the right fit for your child from day one.
Choose the Format That Fits Your Child
Every option uses the same coaching model and the same character framework. The difference is the schedule, the intensity, and the environment.

From First Contact to First Session
Here is exactly what happens after you reach out.
You Reach Out
Fill out the contact form or send us a message. Tell us your child’s age, their interests, and what you are hoping for. There is no sales pitch waiting. Just a real conversation about whether LTCA is the right fit for your family.
We Find the Right Program
We match your child to the program and schedule that fits their age, experience level, and learning goals. If more than one option works, we explain the difference and help you decide. No pressure.
You Confirm Enrollment
Once you decide, enrollment is simple. We handle the details, confirm your child’s spot, and send you everything you need to prepare for the first session. No complicated paperwork.
Your Child Walks In Ready
On day one, your child knows what to expect and what is expected of them. Coaches introduce the environment, set clear expectations, and help every new student feel like they belong from the first session forward.
We hear this question from parents often. The honest answer is: readiness at LTCA is not about prior experience with technology. It is about being willing to try. Students start at whatever level they are at right now. Coaches meet them there and build from that point. We have welcomed complete beginners at every age. The only thing your child needs to succeed here is a willingness to show up and engage.
Cost, Commitment, and What You Get
How much do coding, robotics, and esports programs cost?
Pricing varies by program type:
• Classes run $259–$399 per month, depending on age group, skill level, and program. Most meet once per week for 60 minutes. See available classes.
• Camps are priced by session and vary by format and length. See available camps.
• Events are priced individually depending on the event.
Not sure which is the right fit? Your Program Manager can help you find the best option for your child’s age, interests, and schedule.
What is the class size? How much individual attention does my child get?
Most classes maintain a 10:1 student-to-instructor ratio. More advanced programs run at 8:1. In larger classes, a Lab Tech is also present to provide additional support as students work. The coaching model at LTCA is built around every student being known by name and coached individually, the ratios are designed to make that possible, not just in theory but in practice every session.
Is there a trial class or free first session?
Yes. We offer a 60-minute trial class where your child can experience coding and robotics firsthand, no commitment required. It is the best way to see whether LTCA is the right fit before enrolling. Sign up for a trial class.
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
We require 14 days’ written notice to cancel enrollment. Cancellations made within 14 days of the next billing date are non-refundable. If your situation changes, speak with your Program Manager, in many cases, funds can be applied toward a different class or program rather than forfeited.
