Senior and operational roles
These roles shape how LTCA runs, grows, and communicates its mission to the community.
Lead Coach / Program Director
Oversee program delivery, develop instructors, and ensure the LTCA coaching framework is executed with fidelity across every session and every student interaction.
Marketing & Enrollment Coordinator
Tell the LTCA story, drive enrollment, and guide families from first contact to enrolled student. This role owns the top of the funnel and the voice of the brand.
