Students competing in esports at Love to Code Academy

LTCA Programs

Compete. Lead. Grow.

Your child already loves gaming. Our Esports program turns that passion into something more — a team experience that builds strategy, communication, and real leadership under pressure.

What Makes Us Different

Most esports programs focus on competition. We focus on the person competing.

Our coaches develop students who know how to communicate under pressure, support teammates through difficult moments, and handle both wins and losses with integrity. The scoreboard is the arena. Character is the outcome.

The Character Framework

Every match is a character moment.

Esports creates some of the most intense and visible character moments of any program. Every practice session is an opportunity to develop the Love to Code Character Framework in a high-stakes, real-time environment:

🤝 Relationships

Executing strategy requires every player to communicate, trust their teammates, and put the team ahead of themselves. Sportsmanship is coached explicitly every session.

⭐ Responsibility

Students own their performance, persist through losing streaks, and stay composed under pressure. Self-control when things go wrong is one of the most visible character moments in the program.

🎯 Purpose

Genuine passion for the game and commitment to improving — reviewing what went wrong, adjusting strategy, coming back better — develops intrinsic motivation that carries into every area of life.

🌱 Leadership

On a team, someone has to step up. Esports creates natural moments for students to call the play, encourage a struggling teammate, and set the tone for how the team competes.

Recreational Teams

Students new to structured team play develop the fundamentals of teamwork, communication, and sportsmanship in a low-pressure environment built around growth and belonging first.

Perfect for: new players, social learners, students finding their team

Competitive Teams

Advanced students compete in structured tournaments, applying strategy, teamwork, and mental toughness at a higher level. For students ready to take their game — and their character — further.
